Shipping, care & policies

We want every order to feel clear, comfortable, and easy to follow from checkout to delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders within Accra are delivered in 2–4 business days. Outside Accra typically takes 4–7 business days depending on the courier route and destination.

Is there a delivery fee?

Pickup from Adjiringanor, East Legon is free. Delivery within Accra is GH₵ 30, and delivery outside Accra is GH₵ 60. Orders above GH₵ 2,000 may qualify for complimentary shipping depending on the destination.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns for used or altered hair, but we can review exchanges for damaged, incorrect, or significantly mismatched items within a short inspection window. Please contact us immediately with photos and your order ID.

How should I care for my wig or extensions?

Wash gently with sulfate-free products, detangle from ends to roots, and avoid excessive heat. Store in a satin bag or on a wig stand when not in use. Regular moisturizing and protective styling help preserve softness and longevity.

How do I track my order?

Use the Track Order page on the site or send us your order ID via WhatsApp or email after checkout. We’ll keep you updated as payment is confirmed and your package moves.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Mobile Money, bank transfer, and selected card payments through the checkout flow. Payment confirmation is required before dispatch or pickup scheduling.
